How to Log In to Paycom

  1. Go to paycom.com.
  2. Click Login in the top-right corner and choose Employee.
  3. Check that the address bar shows paycomonline.net (or paycom.com).
  4. Enter your username, password and the last four digits of your SSN.
  5. Click Log In. If asked, enter the verification code sent to your phone.

Logging in for the first time? Use the username and temporary password from your employer. Paycom will ask you to create a new password and set up your security details.

How to Use the Paycom App

  1. Download the free Paycom app from the App Store or Google Play. Check that the publisher is Paycom.
  2. Sign in with the same username, password and SSN digits.
  3. Turn on Face ID or fingerprint login for quicker access, if you like.

How to View Your Pay Stub and W-2

  1. Log in to Paycom Employee Self-Service.
  2. For pay stubs, open Payroll and choose View Pay Stubs.
  3. For tax forms, open My Payroll and choose Year-End Tax Forms.

Employers must send W-2s by January 31 each year.

Forgot Your Username or Password?

Forgot username:

  1. On the login page, click the Username recovery link.
  2. Enter the work or personal email address Paycom has on file.
  3. Check your email for your username. It starts with a zero (0).

Forgot password:

  1. On the login page, click the Password recovery link.
  2. Enter your username.
  3. Choose to get a verification code by text or phone call.
  4. Enter the code, click Verify, then create a new password.
