How to Download Your W-2 on the Web
- Sign in at access.paylocity.com. See our Paylocity login guide.
- Employee Self-Service Portal: open the Pay tile, then More, then Tax Forms.
New home experience: open your Person Record, select the Pay tab, then Tax Forms. - Select your W-2.
- Choose to password-protect the PDF or skip protection, then download it.
How to Get Your W-2 in the Paylocity App
- Open the Paylocity app and sign in.
- Tap Pay, then Tax Forms, then the tax year.
- Create a password for the PDF. To email it to yourself, tap the envelope icon at the bottom right.
